Parminder Singh Grewal (Thakkarwal) was elected President, Jagtar Singh Pandori Treasurer and Gursevak Sahota General Secretary.

Barnala January 13 (Sukhwinder Singh Bhandari) Social Welfare Club (Punjab), which has been serving for a long time, has always been playing a leading role in social welfare work. Today, a meeting of club leaders was held at Mahal Kalan in the local town under the chairmanship of President Parminder Singh Grewal Thakkarwal. In which club officers were elected on the arrival of the new year. On this occasion, Mr. Parminder Grewal (Thakkarwal) was elected again as the President of Social Welfare Club (Punjab) by all the leaders. On this occasion, Director Harpal Singh Pali Wajidke was appointed as Social Welfare Club (Punjab) Chairman, Mr. Jagtar Singh Pandori as Treasurer, Journalist Gursevak Singh Sahota (Mahal Clan) as General Secretary, Ambi Gill BarnalaLudhiana as Senior Vice President, Ekam Singh Chahal (Khyali) as General Secretary. Sunny Grewal was elected as the Vice President, Fauji Sarabjit Singh as the Coordinating Secretary and Mani Grewal as the Secretary. Speaking to the media on this occasion, club president Parminder Singh Grewal, chairman Harpal Singh Pali Wajidke, treasurer Mr. Jagtar Singh Pandori and general secretary Gursevak Singh Sahota said that the Social Welfare Club (Punjab) understands the pain and suffering of the people. Uniforms, boots, books to the children, ration to the needy brothers and sisters and many other social welfare works are being done continuously. There will be more enthusiastic work in the future. Most of the office bearers went to Canada or different countries and congratulated the newly elected officials through video conference. President Parminder Singh Grewal said that if a needy family needs rations, uniforms or boots for children, they can contact the club leaders. Soon more officials from across Punjab will join the social welfare club. The officers vowed to run the club in a holistic manner and serve diligently. Finally, the club officials congratulated the newly appointed president Parminder Singh Grewal.
