 AAP doesn't deserve our unity on Centre's ordinance issue: Pratap Bajwa

 With the AAP seeking the support of other political parties against the Centre's Ordinance on Services Administration in Delhi, senior Congress leader Pratap Singh Bajwa said in an exclusive conversation with social worker and educationist Sanjiv Kumar that the ruling party of Punjab does not deserve the unity of the old party.

  Bajwa urged the Congress high command to keep this aspect in mind before taking a decision to extend support to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) after the BJP-led Center issued an ordinance on the Delhi services issue.

 In response to a question, Pratap Singh Bajwa said that

 "To stifle the voice of the main opposition party - the Congress Party - in Punjab, the AAP government in Punjab stooped to the lowest level and lodged false FIRs against the former Chief Minister and village sarpanches and Congress leaders and workers.

 He said that he urges the Congress high command to consult the leadership of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Gujarat and Karnataka before considering helping AAP.  It was instrumental in giving the BJP a political edge in these states.  AAP is the B-Team of BJP and they are two sides of the same coin.  Let us not protect wolves in sheep's clothing.

 The Leader of Opposition in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha also wondered why the current Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is now creating a ruckus when all the former Chief Ministers of Delhi, including Sheila Dikshit of the Congress, performed their duties without any noise.  ".

 "AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal clearly sided with the BJP when the state of Jammu and Kashmir was bifurcated and reduced to a union territory, disenfranchising its people for five years. AAP said he  Why did not consider it the murder of democracy at the time?
