National Book Trust has opened a book Stall at the airport and connected the passengers with books

Baljinder Mann Editor of Nikian Krumbalan and noted children's literature writer, highly appreciated the National Book Trust India's opening of a book Stall at Banras Airport in Uttar Pradesh. He further said that where books are published in Indian languages by Trust India, efforts are also made to create interest in reading among the people. As part of a new initiative, an international level book Stall has been set up at the airport of Kashi in Uttar Pradesh, in which books of foreign languages are kept. This is a unique initiative to connect Indians with books. Appreciating this, passengers said that such initiatives should be taken at every airport in India. He appreciated the efforts of Dr. Navjot Kaur, Editor National Book Trust India. In a special meeting with the organizers the travelers said that the efforts being made for the promotion and dissemination of books are commendable.
