On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal, a yoga camp was organized by the district administration Hoshiarpur in collaboration with Solis Wellness Center from 6.30 am to 7.30 am today at Digital Library, Jodhamal Road, opposite Red Cross office.. Giving information Assistant Commissioner Vyom Bhardwaj said that the purpose of conducting yoga sessions is to inculcate the habit of leading a healthy life. He said that this yoga session was led by Satish Uppal and Prem, yoga instructors of Solis Wellness and made the people come to do various types of asanas and pranayama. He said that through this yoga camp, the residents of the city have got an opportunity to know about the benefits of yoga and to improve their overall health and fitness. During this, the people involved in the yoga session were taken on a tour of the digital library and given complete information about it.

  The Assistant Commissioner said that several efforts are being made by the district administration to encourage Digital Library Hoshiarpur as a training center. He told that since its inception, Digital Library Hoshiarpur has been conducting various activities for its registered members and common people, especially the youth. On this occasion, IAS (Under Trainee) Divya. P, Principal HIADS Mangesh Sood, Career Counselor Aditya Rana, Librarian Vijay Kumar were also present.
