Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal informed that a yoga camp is being organized by the District Administration Hoshiarpur in collaboration with Solis Wellness Center on July 29 from 6.30 am to 7.30 am at Digital Library, Jodhamal Road, opposite Red Cross Office. The camp is free for group residents of Hoshiarpur and anyone can participate. She said that this effort is being made by the district administration to encourage this digital library as a training center.

The Deputy Commissioner said that since its inception, the Digital Library Hoshiarpur has been conducting various activities for its registered members and common people, especially the youth. This yoga session is in continuation of those activities and aims to inculcate the habit of healthy living. She said that the session would be led by a yoga instructor and would include a variety of asanas and pranayama practices.

Komal Mittal said that the Yoga Camp is a great opportunity for the residents of the city to learn about the benefits of Yoga and improve their overall health and wellness. She appealed the interested people to register for the camp as the seats are limited.
