Hoshiarpur= August 1 = Daljeet Ajnoha Blind and Handicapped Development Society Mahilpur honored the winner of 'The Real Hero-2023' award, Jaswinder Singh Sahota. In the impressive ceremony organized under the chairmanship of Attar Singh, the president of the society, various speakers praised Jaswinder Singh Sahota for his efforts to establish the disabled in the society. Addressing the felicitation ceremony, President Atar Singh said that Jaswinder Singh Sahota, who is fighting for the rights of the disabled, has received the national award 'The Real Hero-2023' at Jaipur, it is a matter of pride for the entire Punjab, as Sahota is the only one to have won this award. And the first are Punjabi. President of Disabled Persons Welfare Society Sandeep Sharma said that despite both of them being 80 percent disabled, Jaswinder Singh Sahota and his wife Harminder Kaur are able to work for the welfare of the disabled. On this occasion, Secretary Neelam said Jaswinder Singh Sahota is always ready to serve the disabled. During this event, Jaswinder Singh Sahota and his wife Harminder Kaur were honored with Sirpao and badge of honour. On this occasion Karan Khatri, Sukhjinder Singh Block President, Raj Kumar Executive Member, Rajiv Kumar, Jitinder Kumar, Professor Sukhwinder Singh, Kuljit Singh, Anuradha, Jaideep Kaur, Jasleen Kaur, Ansika Sharma, disabled students of Blind School Bahowal were present.
