On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal, the 7th Stem Cell Registration Camp was organized today at S.P.N College, Mukerian. College Principal Dr. Sameer Sharma inaugurated this registration camp and encouraged the students and staff of the college. Giving information, project convener Naresh Gupta said that Jasleen Garcha of Arjun Veer Foundation gave detailed information to the students about the stem cell registration project and told how through registration we can contribute in curing any needy sick person. can give. During this, the students and staff of the college participated enthusiastically in registration for stem cell donation.

    The project convener said that due to the detailed presentation on stem cells and the awareness campaign run by the college professors, many students registered themselves and gave their oral swab samples for the stem cell donation registration process. Naresh Gupta said that the district administration is working on the stem cell scheme in the district in collaboration with Arjunveer Foundation to save people from deadly diseases. He said that stem cell therapy is very effective for many life-threatening diseases like blood cancer, thalassemia, genetic disorders and treatment of these life-threatening diseases is possible with the use of this therapy. On this occasion, Coordinator Prof. Shaina, Dr. Gurpreet Kaur, Dr. Sonia and the entire staff of the college were present.
