A seminar on Business Law was organized for the students at Rayat Bahra Law College. Students of ninth and seventh semester of BA LLB participated in this seminar. In the seminar, Dr. Arneet Kaur, an expert assistant professor of law from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, gave important information to the students on the subject of business law. On this occasion Principal Dr. Ranganath Singh welcomed the guest. On this occasion, Dr. Arneet Kaur said that Business Law is an important and broad field which covers legal matters of business, marketing and business relationships. It addresses topics like investment related issues in industry, business process, import-export, taxation, company law, industrial law, industrial property legal matters, partnership and marketing. Dr Arneet said that it provides information about business decisions, process of company formation and registration, investment and currency rules, company partnership and administrative methods. Apart from this, it also discussed the company's industry and trade related warranties, awareness, regularization of industries, employee vacancy issues, authorization of licenses and permits. In the end Dr. Priyanka Puri thanked Dr. Arneet Kaur. On this occasion, apart from Prof. Alka, Prof. Mohit, Prof. Swati, Prof. Kavya, Prof. Rahul, Prof. Twinkle, all the staff were present.
