 A special Awareness Program was organised in the JSS Asha Kiran School

International Day of Persons with Disabilities which is celebrated each year on 3rd of December , commemorated in the JSS Asha Kiran School with the specially abled children . A special Awareness Program was organised and games such as hit the glass , balance activities , ring game and jumping games were orchestrated for the specially abled children by the DLSA Hsp under the leadership n guidance of the ld Chairman DLSA cum District n Sessions Judge hsp . Around 80 specially abled children participated . Ms Aprajita Joshi CJM cum Secretary DLSA hsp encouraged n motivated the children , spoke regarding their rights as guaranteed to them under the Constitution , Rights of persons with disabilities act 2016, Mental Health care act 2017 , National Trust Act 1999 and the NALSA (Legal Services to the Mentally Ill and Mentally Disabled Persons) Scheme, 2015 and the concept of good touch n bad touch .
