Cabinet Minister Punjab Bram Shankar Jimpa said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann works with a different thinking and we rise above vote bank politics and talk about development in every field. He was addressing the residents of the area while inaugurating the sewerage work at a cost of Rs 20 lakh in Sant Bhag Singh Nagar of Ward No. 45. He said that the pace of development works in Hoshiarpur will be further accelerated in the coming times. During this time, Mayor Surinder Kumar, Senior Deputy Mayor Praveen Saini and Councilor Kulwinder Kaur were also present with him.

Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Cabinet Minister said that due to his efforts, a wave of development is going on in Punjab. He said that every demand of the people is being seriously considered and resolved. He said that the aim of the Punjab government is to fulfill the basic needs of the common man.

Bram Shankar Jimpa said that record breaking development work has been done by the Punjab government in the state. He informed that 600 units of free electricity is being given to the people of the state. Chintpurni Road, which was in bad condition for almost a decade, was constructed, work on a new tehsil building in Hoshiarpur was started and apart from this, a government medical college is being established in Hoshiarpur. Many such development projects are going on in Hoshiarpur only. He assured the people of Hoshiarpur that the wheel of development will continue like this.
