Rayat  Bahra were addressing children on the second day of the 31st State Level Children Science Congress going on at Group of Institute, Hoshiarpur. The Deputy Commissioner said that the project that the children have brought shows that they have worked hard for many days along with their guide teacher. She told the children that they should consider today's Children Congress as their first step and move ahead in life and never leave the path of hard work because the destination can be achieved only on the strength of hard work. She said that Punjab Government, parents and teachers of children are always ready to help them.

Komal Mittal said that Punjab State Council for Science and Technology has always come forward to increase the self-confidence of children and children continuously move forward in the direction of research. She said that children help the society scientifically to find solutions to even the biggest problems. On this occasion, Dr. S.Baath, Joint Director, Punjab State Council for Science and Technology said that today for the second day, children from 12 districts presented their projects. Teams from each district have participated in senior and junior categories. She said that today is the era of science and children want to test everything by adopting scientific approach. She said that along with their parents, teachers are also giving full support to the children in their progress. District Education Officer Dr. Gurinderjit Kaur, while praising the children from all the districts on this occasion, said that participation in the state level Children Science Congress shows their ability. He said that every child has some special quality and such programs prove helpful in bringing it out. On this occasion, Deputy District Education Officers Dheeraj Vashishtha and Sukhwinder Singh, District Coordinator Ashok Kalia, Dr. Jyotsna from Rayat and Bahara, Rajendra Madi, Dr. Gaurav Parashar, Lecturer Sandeep Kumar Sood, Rajiv Kumar, Neeraj Kanwar Harinder Singh, Dr. Kuldeep Walia etc. were also present. was present.
