Rayat College of Law Railmajra Ropar Campus unveiled the official brochure for the upcoming 3rd National Law Fest scheduled tentatively on 16th and 17th March 2024. The event witnessed the esteemed presence of Dr. Monika Sharma (Principal, RCL), Dr. Mahender Singh (Vice-Principal, RCL), Dr. Sohnu (Faculty Convenor), Mr. Ajitabh Mishra (Faculty Convenor), and the student convenors of the event. 

During the unveiling of the brochure for the 3rd National Law Fest, Dr. Monika Sharma, the Principal of the college, informed that the College is running two 5 Yr courses namely B.A. LLB. (Honours), B.com LLB. (Honours) after 10+2 and one 3 Yr course namely LLB. after graduation. She also informed the college is affiliated  to Panjab University Chandigarh and all the courses have been approved by The Bar Council of India. Our college have students from various regions like Panjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Bihar etc. 

Dr. Sohnu Faculty Convenor  of the event, provided an insightful overview of the event. He highlighted the diverse range of activities and events planned for the fest like:

1. Client Counseling 

2. Law Quiz (online & offline)

3. Moot Proposition Writing (online & offline)

4. Judgement Writing (online & offline)

5. Poetry Recitation 

6. Poetry Writing (online & offline)

7. Extempore (online & offline)

8. Debate 

9. Essay Writing 

10. Talent show

Also the fest encompasses other variety of engagements, emphasizing not only legal acumen but also a spectrum of non-law events, making it an inclusive and dynamic gathering. 

Mr. Ajitabh Mishra (Faculty Convenor) also shared details about the event, brief about facilities available, fostering an environment of support and encouragement during the National Law Fest.
