  On the occasion of Mamta Diwas, State Immunization Officer Dr. Balwinder Kaur visited Sub Divisional Hospital Garhshankar and reviewed the ongoing vaccination session. On this occasion, District Immunization Officer Dr. Seema Garg, VCCM Upkar Singh and District BCC Amandeep Singh were also specially present.

             During this vaccination session being run under the leadership of Dr. Santokh Ram, Senior Medical Officer, Garhshankar, State Immunization Officer Dr. Balwinder Kaur first checked the vaccine cold chain point and checked the e-win and stock which were found to be correct.Dr. .Balwinder Kaur interacted with the pregnant women and children who came for vaccination and saw their MCP cards. The four main messages of vaccination were being given to these beneficiaries by the ANM in a very clear manner, which was appreciated by the State Immunization Officer. Dr. Balwinder Kaur also reviewed the necessary reports, registers and HIMS data and expressed satisfaction. Apart from this, entries were also being made by ANMs on U-WIN portal after vaccination of children during the session.
