• Apart from 11 courts, building of the court complex will be equipped with all kinds of facilities

Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice Sh. Gurmeet Singh Sandhwalia of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, will inaugurate the new court complex building at Chandigarh Road on 20th March through video conference. While giving this information, Sh. Kanwaljit Singh Bajwa,  District and Sessions Judge said that during this event  Sh. Harsh Bunger Administrative Judge, sessions Divisions of SBS Nagar will also present . He further said that in the court complex, 11 courts will be constructed. Apart from this, many facilities like parking area, green park, six lifts, drinking water, wash room, dispensary etc. will be provided so that the district residents will not face any problem in the court complex. He said that in future, there is a proposal to build a residential house for judges.

He said that during this event, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Arun Palli, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, Hon’ble Mrs. Justice Lisa Gill, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, Hon’ble  Mr. Justice Harsimran Singh Sethi Judge Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Suvir Sehgal, Judge Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, Hon’ble Mr.Justice Jasgurpreet Singh Puri, Judge Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, Hon’ble Justice Vikas Bahl, Judge Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh will join through VC.

Apart from this, Mr. Karunesh Kumar, Additional District and Sessions Judge, SBS Nagar, Ms. Manisha Jain, Principal Judge, Family Court, SBS Nagar, Ms. Parminder Kaur, Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)
