Rayat College of Law organised a  two days National Law Festival named Law Fest SUITS 2. Traditional  warm welcome was given to the  esteemed chief guest  The Supreme Court Judge, Hon. Justice C.T. Ravikumar and Mrs. Saira Ravikumar was an embodiment of celebration, respect, and legal excellence. The event was also attended by Mr. Dama Seshadri Naidu, Senior Advocate, The Supreme Court (Former Justice Bombay High Court), Managing Partner Advocate Sunil Kumar Sharma, Advocate on Record, M/s Mighty Peak Attorneys Law Firm, Senior Partner Advocate Hitesh Singh, M/s Mighty Peak Attorneys Law Firm, Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor, Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab, Dr. Parwinder Kaur, Vice Chancellor, LTSU and Dr. Monika Sharma, Principal of Rayat College of Law, Railmajra. Dr. Sohnu and Mr. Ajitabh Mishra were the Convener and Co-Convener, informed that various legal luminaries, and students from all around the country showed their enthusiastic presence in this law fest. The event aimed to honour the presence of the Supreme Court Judge and foster a sense of camaraderie within the legal community. More than 200 participants from various colleges and universities from different parts of our country showed their enthusiastic involvement in the various activities and events.

. The event commenced with a traditional welcome ceremony, symbolizing respect, and honour for the distinguished guests. The kind and enthusiastic words of the Honourable guests were an eye opener for all audience. In inaugural ceremony Dr. Monika Sharma, Principal Rayat College of Law welcomed the esteemed dignitaries, guests and participants from around the country and ceremony was started with lightening sacred lamp which holds the symbol of hope and light. 

 The interactive session of Senior Advocate Dama Seshari Naidu  , The Supreme Court (Former Justice Bombay High Court) with the audience enlightened us to the new spheres learning with the Quote of “Nothing is Impossible.” With the encouraging words of “all being unique in their own way,” the speaker motivated the listeners.

Hon. Justice Mr. CT Ravikumar , The Supreme Court India, and his words of guidance were like the light of hope towards the legal journey. “Success comes to those who are prepared to study and suffer” is one of those statements which hold so much volume. He advised the budding lawyers to do good for the society by helping the deprived and poor section. He also also appreciated the university by saying it a universe.

Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura , Chancellor LTSU shared his words of guidance by connecting the Law with Science taking in reference the Satluj River and the flooding conditions in Punjab Region. He gave various real-life examples which will surely guide the listeners to do good for the environment.

Various legal and non-legal events were organised by the College for the enthusiastic participants. Beginning with Law quiz (physical and virtual), essay writing, poetry writing, inaugural ceremony, client counselling in preliminary round), proposition writing, poetry recitation, judgement writing. other competitions like extempore, debate, talent show were organised. 

The day was concluded with Vote of Thanks by Dr. Parminder kaur (officiating vice chancellor) the esteemed dignitaries for devoting their precious time to the event. The event was ended up by the National Anthem.

 The event served as a platform for networking and building meaningful connections within the legal community, The participants got the chance to engage with peers and mentors opening new gates for professional growth.
