Shiromani Akali Dal today received a major boost when a number of BJP leaders and workers of Hoshiarpur along with BJP’s senior leader Sh Sanjeev Talwar, former councillor Mrs Neeti Talwar and BJP SC Morcha’s general secretary S Harbhajan Singh Matti joined the party fold. Welcoming all of them, party president S Sukhbir Singh Badal assured them due respect and responsibilities in the party. Thanking the party president for this honour, the leaders said the SAD’s rich legacy of sacrifices and commitment to welfare of Punjab inspired them to join the party.
