*Punjabi presented at World Poetry Day in London*

A brilliant event highlighting the linguistic diversity of India was organised at the House of Lords of British Parliament on 26th March. 20 languages of India and South Asia were presented on the occasion. Hosted by the Deputy Leader of the House Rt. Hon. Lord Dholakia and organised by Sanskruti Centre for Cultural Excellence, the event marked 25th year of UNESCO World Poetry Day. Poems, songs, dances and other cultural expressions made the program lively and interesting. British Army Soldier Manpreet Maycock presented Punjabi poem written by Major Munish Chauhan on the theme water. It was a proud moment to present at such a significant occasion and venue. The program was conceived and curated by Dr Ragasudha Vinjamuri, Founder of Sanskruti Centre.
