Youth arrested with 400 grams of opium

Chabbewal police, on the basis of secret information during patrolling, recovered 400 grams of opium from a bike-riding youth near village Bassi Jorra and registered a case. According to the information, Inspector Ajaib Singh SHO police station Chabbewal said that ASI Sukhwinder Singh along with the police party were patrolling in Chabbewal. While there, he got a secret information that a young man, Sharminder Singh alias Gurjit Singh, resident of Bassi Jora, was standing outside his village near the mango orchard on a bike (PB 32J 9960) with some intoxicant. Taking immediate action, the police recovered 400 grams of opium from Sukhwinder Singh and registered a case.
