        Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that under the awareness sweep activity of Lok Sabha Elections 2024, a pedestrian program is being organized at Food Street Hoshiarpur on May 25 at 7 pm, with the aim of making the eligible voters of the district aware about voting. She said that apart from street plays, cultural programs, various entertaining and informative activities will be the center of attraction in the Rahgiri programme. She said that during this period, quiz programs will also be organized on election related topics and attractive prizes will be given to the winners. Apart from this, participation of the general public will also be made through different mediums. She asked the residents of the district to participate enthusiastically in this program and appealed that they must cast their vote on June 1.
