The Punjab Government has brought a revolution in the field of Yoga under the Chief Minister Punjab Yogashala Project. Accordingly, yoga classes are being held at different places in Tehsil Mukerian of District Hoshiarpur. Disclosing this information, District Yoga Coordinator Madhvi Singh said that yoga classes are being conducted from 5:50 am to 6:50 am by yoga trainer Suresh Kumar under the leadership of group leader Indira Rana at Rana Farm House, village Fattuwal. In these classes, the women of Fattowal, Kalamanjh, Jalal and Mukerian villages are reaching maximum numbers and getting benefits. Among them, most of the women were suffering from cervical, knee pain, overweight, mental stress, insomnia, who have got a lot of benefit from attending yoga classes. Among them yoga practitioners Nisha, Anita, Meenakshi, Renu, Preeti, Jyoti, Babli, Sushma, Trishla, Jaswinder and others appreciated this step of the Punjab government and expressed their gratitude saying that if we do yoga daily, we will avoid diseases. can live and also save money. District Yoga Coordinator Madhvi Singh said that if there is a place available for an individual to conduct yoga classes and there is a group of at least 25 people, the Punjab government will send yoga training instructors home.
