Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer Smt. Komal Mittal (IAS) felicitated Civil Surgeon Dr. Balwinder Kumar with a Certificate of Appreciation for his hard work, dedication and excellent services during Lok Sabha Elections-2024.She appreciated the work of officers, employees and ASHA workers for the cooperation extended by the Health Department in making the elections a success.While giving them a letter of appreciation regarding the duty performed during the elections, DC said that similar commitment is expected from the Health Department in future as well.
