District Education Officer Kamaldeep Kaur inspected Government Elementary School Jalalpur. The aim of this surprise visit was to assess the quality of education, infrastructure and overall functioning of the institution. She was accompanied by Smart Classroom Coordinator Satish Kumar, District Coordinator Rajnish Kumar Guliani. During the inspection, the District Education Officer inspected classrooms, libraries, laboratories and other facilities. The District Education Officer also interacted with teachers, students and parents to take feedback and identify areas of improvement. This inspection is part of the District Education Officer's efforts to ensure that schools meet the required standards and provide quality education to students. The initiative aims to promote the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the education system. The District Education Officer said, "We will take necessary steps to remove any deficiencies found during the inspection and reward schools that demonstrate excellence." During this, he also held a meeting with the members of the School Managing Committee and appreciated their contribution to the school. Later, he planted saplings in a massive drive along with the students and teachers of the school in an encouraging display of environmental awareness in the school premises. The initiative aims to inculcate a sense of responsibility towards nature and promote a greener future. Students participated in the tree plantation drive with enthusiasm and zeal, digging pits and planting saplings along with teachers. The event witnessed a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose as young minds learned about the importance of conservation and sustainability. Head teacher Rajwinder Kaur said, “We are proud to see our students taking active interest in environmental conservation. This initiative will not only make the environment around us beautiful but will also inspire the coming generations to take care of nature.” Center Head Teacher Jaswinder Kaur, Chandr Prakash Saini, Jagmeet Singh, Praveen Guliani, SMC member education scholar Ashwini Kumar, President Sukhwinder Singh, Balveer Kaur, Manpreet Kaur, member Mamta, etc were present on the occasion.
