Bags and T-shirts distributed to special children

Inspired by School Committee Chairman Colonel Gurmeet Singh, Colonel Ramanjit Singh Rehsi and Aseem Prakash, hailing from Chandigarh, visited JSS Asha Kiran Special School Jahankhela and during this Colonel Gurmeet Singh and Secretary Harbans Singh shared information about various projects being run by Ashadeep Welfare Society. Colonel Gurmeet Singh said that special children belonging to other states including Punjab are getting education in Asha Kiran Special School and after getting education here these children move forward in life like normal children, even special children also participate in Special Olympics and various competitions. On this occasion, 150 bags, 150 T-shirts and caps were given to the school children by Aseem Prakash and Colonel Ramanjit Rehsi. On this occasion, Colonel Ramanjit Singh said that he has met Colonel Gurmeet Singh after 42 years and the service he is rendering cannot be praised enough. On this occasion, Ram Asra, Harbans Singh, Principal Shaili Sharma, Vice Principal Indu Bala were also present.
