 Seminar on "Bone Marrow Aspiration and Biopsy" at Rayat Bahra Department of Paramedical Sciences

The Department of Paramedical Sciences at Rayat Bahra Institute of Management recently organized an important seminar on the topic "Bone Marrow Aspiration and Biopsy." The seminar was led by Director Principal Dr. Harinder Singh Gill and Head of the Department Dr. Sukhmeet Kaur Bedi.

Dr. Ridhima S. Mangat, M.B.B.S., M.D. (Pathology), provided in-depth knowledge on the morphological evaluation of bone marrow specimens to the 3rd and 5th-semester students of B.Sc. (M.L.S). She covered all the important aspects, from hematopoietic lineages to normal marrow structure and cytology.

Dr. Sukhmeet Kaur Bedi stated, "It is extremely important for us that students receive accurate information about bone marrow evaluation. The information provided by Dr. Ridhima has helped students gain a deeper understanding and expertise in this field. Such seminars play an important role in enhancing the professional capabilities of students." Dr. Bedi also noted that this seminar provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects and procedures involved in bone marrow evaluation.

On this occasion, Dr. Sukhmeet, the Head of the Department, thanked Dr. Ridhima and honored her with a memento. In addition to the students, Prof. Pooja Samiyal, Prof. Aditi, Prof. Saqib, and Prof. Mahesh Gaba were present at the event.
