Election Commission appoints General, Expenditure and Police Observers

Election Commission of India has appointed General, Expenditure and Police Observers for the by-election to be held on November 13 in Assembly Constituency Chabbewal-044, who are monitoring the election activities.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (General)-cum-Returning Officer Rahul Chaba informed that Election Commission has appointed 2011 batch IAS officer Mr. Tapas Kumar Bagchi as General Observer, 2010 batch IRS officer Mr. Saren Jose as Expenditure Observer and 2012 batch IPS officer Mr. Siddharth Kaushal as Police Observer. It is noteworthy that the mobile number of General Observer Shri Tapas Kumar Bagchi is 89182-26101, the mobile number of Expenditure Observer Shri Saren Jose is 70876-96950 and the mobile number of Police Observer Siddharth Kaushal is 86998-66950. These election observers can be contacted for any issue related to the by-election.
