MLA and Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly Jai Krishan Singh Rauri distributed certificates to the newly appointed councillors of Nagar Panchayat Mahilpur at Rest House Mahilpur and appealed them to start a series of development works in the city. On this occasion Jai Krishan Singh Rauri said that for him all councillors are equal and all wards will be developed without any discrimination and people will give example of Mahilpur city for development. On this occasion Jai Krishan Singh Rauri distributed councillor certificates to Manpreet Kaur from ward one, Ashok Kumar Billa from ward two, Shashi Bangar from ward four, Dheeraj Pal from ward five, Prof. Baldev Singh from ward six, Kuldeep Kaur from ward seven, Davinder Singh from ward eight, Mandeep Kaur from ward nine, Raj Kumar from ward ten, independent candidate Surinder Kaur from ward eleven, independent candidate from ward twelve and Satvir Singh Santa from ward thirteen.
