During a conversation with senior journalist Daljeet Ajnoha, Rotary Club Mid Town Hoshiarpur Chairman Manoj Ohri gave detailed information about the public welfare work being done by Rotary Club Mid Town and said that he has been associated with this club since 1995, which works for public welfare and public interest and we started the work of cornea transplant three years ago and till now he has done cornea transplant of 550 patients and he has special support from Plains Metro Rotary Club Texas, which includes Sanjeev Khanna and he told that there are three doctors in his panel, including Shri Guru Ram Das of Amritsar The HOD of the Medical College is Dr. Sakeel Singh, Dr. Amandeep Singh  Arora Eye Hospital, Jalandhar and Dr. Rohit Gupta from Tri City Hospital, Mohali. The patient is sent to the nearest doctor for treatment. Mr. Ohri said that the entire expenses of the patient who cannot afford the cost of medicine, travel or operation are borne by the club and three months of medicine is given. The club members have a separate duty to examine the patient who is being treated. They take full care of the patient and if any problem arises, they should immediately try to solve it or contact the concerned doctor. He said that Jagmeet Singh Sethi, Vice President, Jathedar Varinder Singh Masithi, Gold Medalist Tanda also support him in this work and other members of his club also keep doing public welfare work in their respective areas and keep making people aware about donating eyes or body parts. On this occasion, a tablet was presented to Varinder Singh Masithi on behalf of Manoj Ohri so that the club If they have to do any work or maintain any record, they should not face any problem
