Fast food vendors trained by District Health Officer

As per the guidelines of Hon'ble Food and Drug Administration Punjab and Civil Surgeon Hoshiarpur Dr. Pawan Kumar Shagotra, Food Safety Officer Mr. Vivek Kumar and his team under the leadership of District Health Officer Dr. Jatinder Bhatia organized a training for various fast food vendors at ANM Training School today to provide clean and quality food to the people in the district under Swasth Punjab. In which about 100 fast food vendors participated.
Dr. Jatinder Bhatia while inaugurating the training said that the main objective of such trainings is to provide clean and quality food to the people. The main objective of this training is to understand the necessary standards to be followed while preparing and serving food. This training was provided by expert trainers of FSSAI. Everyone was given detailed information about FSSAI guidelines, food safety and hygiene rules. Lab technicians Mrs. Rajbir Kaur, Arvinder Singh and Ram Lubhaya were present on this occasion.
