Registration work to remain continued uninterrupted in district: Aashika Jain
Says people will not face any inconvenience to get registration of documents

Deputy Commissioner Aashika Jain on Tuesday said that the registration work in the Tehsil complexed in the district regularly so that people could not face any inconvenience to get registration of their properties.
While taking stock of registration work in all tehsils from Sub Divisional Magistrates, Deputy Commissioner pointed out that on Tuesday as many as total 55 documents registered in revenue offices of sub divisions in district and the official concerned made their registries. As per the directions of Punjab Government to delegate powers to other officials for registration, the district administration has authorised nine officials for this purpose, said Deputy Commissioner adding that five Kanungos and four superintendents were deputed so that the registration could not be suffered.
"I'll visit personally in the tehsils from tomorrow morning so as to interact with the people to get the first hand information regarding besides taking stock of the registration process. Smooth and seamless delivery of public services in each and every government office is our foremost priority" she added.
Pertinently, under section 12 of the Punjab Registration Act-1908, Deputy Commissioner has authorised superintendent Sukhwinder Singh for registration work at Mukerian, superintendent Gurjinder Kaur for Hoshiarpur, Superintendent Kamlesh Devi for Garhshankar & Mahilpur and Nirmal Singh for Tanda. Similarly, Kanungos namely Varinder Kumar , Sukhdev Kumar and Vijay Kumar have been authorised for registration at Dasuya & Gardhiwala, Hajipur and Bhunga respectively. Likewise, Kanungo Varinder Kumar and Sukjinder Singh have been deputed for Talwara and Sham Churaasi respectively.
