 Municipal Corporation Hoshiarpur is resolving complaints promptly / Commissioner Municipal Corporation

Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Hoshiarpur, Dr. Amandeep Kaur, while giving information, said that the Municipal Corporation is fully committed to provide 100 percent assured basic facilities to the city residents. Keeping this objective in mind, a special "Complaint Cell" has been established in the Municipal Corporation office for quick resolution of complaints of the general public.

Through this cell, citizens can now register their complaints from home on WhatsApp number 94634-97791 and landline number 01882-220322. Specially trained staff has also been deployed to make this process simple and effective.

Commissioner Dr. Amandeep Kaur said that from July 11, 2024 till now, a total of 640 complaints have been received through these numbers, out of which 629 complaints have been resolved promptly. This action shows that this initiative of the Municipal Corporation is not only proving to be convenient for the public, but there is also no delay in resolving the complaints.

She said that due to this initiative, the general public did not have to come to the Municipal Corporation office and their problems were resolved while sitting at home. She appealed to the city residents to register their problems related to basic facilities on these numbers at any time, so that it can be resolved in a timely manner.
