 Rayat Bahra Pharmacy and Management College students organize tree plantation drive

A special tree plantation drive was organized on the occasion of World Tree Plantation Day by the students of Rayat Bahra Pharmacy and Management College in a joint effort. Under this campaign, the Management Department planted saplings in village Bohan and in Rayat Bahra Institute of Pharmacy, Hoshiarpur campus.

The drive was successfully completed under the guidance of Director Principal Dr. Harinder Gill and Principal Dr. Maninder Grover. With the help of Herbal Garden Team Coordinators Shiv Kumar and Harnek Singh, medicinal plants were planted, which will be beneficial for environmental conservation, medicinal use and pharmacognostic studies.

In this regard, Campus Director Dr. Chander Mohan said that Rayat Bahra Group continuously organizes such programs to strengthen the sense of social responsibility of the students. On this occasion, teachers and students participated and pledged to increase awareness towards environmental conservation.
