Sachdeva Stocks Hoshiarpur Cyclothon Season-7 organized by Fit Biker Club Hoshiarpur concluded successfully, in which about 400 cyclists from all over the country participated and during this, the general public was made aware about the campaign launched by the Punjab Government against drug abuse. The cyclothon started at 7 am from the head office of Sachdeva Stocks located at Bulanwadi, where special guests arrived under the leadership of club president Paramjit Singh Sachdeva, MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal, Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain and SSP Sandeep Kumar Malik. The cyclists were flagged off by Sandeep Kumar Malik, before which a special program was also presented by the special children of J.S.S. Asha Kiran Special School Jahankhelan. On this occasion,MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal said that there is no greater happiness than fitness and cycling keeps you fit. He said that the cyclothon organized by Fit Biker Club deserves all the praise it can get. During this, the cyclists covered a distance of 100 km from Hoshiarpur to Tanda-Chaulang and then back to Hoshiarpur and traffic management and security arrangements were made by the district administration on the entire route. On this occasion, a cheque of Rs 1 lakh 40 thousand was handed over to the committee of Asha Kiran School by the members of Fit Biker Club under the leadership of President Paramjit Sachdeva. Paramjit Sachdeva said that children from 7 years to senior citizens up to 70 years participated in this cyclothon and the club members worked hard to make it a success. At this time Uttam Singh Sabi, Munir Nazar, Sanjeev Sohal, Ukkar Singh Chabbewal, Amarinder Saini, Gurvinder Singh, Tarlochan Singh, Gurmel Singh, Ukkar Singh, Rohit Bassi, Saurav Sharma, Daulat Singh, Sagar Saini etc were also present.
